How does the Ukrainian government treat inventors?

In every civilized country, the authorities protect and support their inventors - even the medieval kings understood that these people bring enormous benefits to the entire people.
And now I will tell you how the authorities of Ukraine relates to inventors, in particular, to me and my invention "industrial thermonuclear reactor Linrec-Z". And this is really an industrial invention and a new word in thermonuclear energy, which the oligarchs are trying to steal or to stop with all their strength.
In the process of working on this invention since 2013, the authorities of Ukraine, under both President Yanukovych and Presidents Poroshenko and Zelensky, tried in every possible way to hamper my work. SBU hacked my mailboxes, social networks, and from time to time inserted its oligofrenic messages. SBU interfered with my business activities, interfering with the telephone communication, sending spies and false clients, interfered with any of my additional work to put me on a level of physical survival. After the publication of the formula and description of the new Linrec-Z reactor (June 19 and 20, 2018), the oligophrenic oligarchs has arranged the real persecution. They disconnected the Internet and telephone communication, sent provocateurs and alcoholics at my place of residence and on the street, deprived me of the opportunity to earn money even for food.
I spend all my time, spent all my last money, I'm hungry and live in Spartan conditions to benefit humanity, finally to create a source of clean, unlimited and cheap energy. And when the result is finally obtained (Linrec-Z, http://a9414495.eu5.org/linrec/engindex.php), the Ukrainian oligarchs and the SBU are trying to deprive me of the opportunity to build the first experimental reactor of Linrec-Z. Several Ukrainian lawyers, apparently working with the SBU, directly told me: "You can not find investors and partners here." SBU breaks all ties with potential partners, using its levers in Ukraine (and Ukraine is now completely a totalitarian state with full control of the SBU over information and economy). Abroad, the SBU disseminates negative information and slander to prevent me from working with foreign investors and partners. Ukrainian oligarchs-oligophrenes spend huge sums of money to prevent the creation of a reactor and to prevent people from getting a source of clean and cheap energy, such as the Linrec-Z reactor. They are really nonhumans, enemies of all mankind.
Of course, I can not build the experimental Linrec-Z reactor myself, I can not do this project alone. This requires the efforts of many people, and we need investments in this. In civilized countries, inventors are supported financially, for example in the US, which has a special fund for testing new ideas in energy, or in the EU, where the EBRD has a special fund to support the patenting of inventions in the field of green energy.
In Ukraine, oligarchs-oligophrenics did not allocate a single penny for the invention of Linrec-Z, but they do everything with the SBU so that I could not conduct crowd-funding and could not contact investors - they turn off the Internet, send spies, and threaten illness. Through the network of its agents, the SBU really put me on the brink of physical survival, arranged financial terror, depriving me of even the simplest work, when I had to starve and live in Spartan conditions. And this is all in response to the fact that I spend my last strength and last money into the invention of Linrec-Z.
Of course, to build a pilot reactor Linrec-Z we need a lot of money, about ten to twenty million. It is theoretically impossible to verify its efficiency, since it is a high-temperature plasma, which is unpredictable in principle, and the results of experiments with it almost always do not coincide with theoretical predictions. But the very logic and basic laws of physics, as well as the experiment posed by nature itself (ball lightning), indicate that Linrec-Z is an industrial thermonuclear reactor with the highest efficiency.

Ukrainian oligarchs-oligophrenics, who received their money through bribes and deceptions, along with the SBU are accustomed to stealing. They usually to steal resources, factories, land, with the help of fists, bribes and aggressive lackeys. But in the case of Linrec-Z, they were a little unlucky. The fact is that intellectual property without the author turns into zero - after all, the author has information of know-how, of further development. Yes, and to steal someone else's invention for the lackeys of Poroshenko and Zelensky will not be easy - after all, after the publication of the Linrec-Z formula, no one will believe that a thermonuclear reactor with a Z-shaped magnetic field was invented by Poroshenko's and Zelensky's lackeys, not Kharchenko, who published this formula on June 19, 2018.
Convincing request to all sensible people on the planet Earth - to stop the Ukrainian oligarch-oligophrenics, which prevent humanity from obtaining clean, unlimited thermonuclear energy, and to support the Linrec-Z project financially and informatively.

Как украинская власть относится к изобретателям

В каждой цивилизованной стране власть защищает и поддерживает своих изобретателей - ведь даже средневековым королям было понятно, что эти люди приносят огромную пользу для всего народа.
А теперь я расскажу, как власть Украины относится к изобретателям, в частности, ко мне и моему изобретению "промышленный термоядерный реактор Linrec-Z". А это действительно промышленное изобретение и новое слово в термоядерной энергетике, которое украинские олигофрены олигархи всеми силами стараются украсть или остановить.
В процессе работы над этим изобретением с 2013 года власть Украины, как при президенте Януковиче, так и при президентах Порошенко и Зеленском, всячески старалась препятствовать моей работе. СБУ взломало мои почтовые ящики, социальные сети, и время от времени вставляло свои дебильные сообщения. СБУ мешало моей предпринимательской деятельности, вмешиваясь в телефонную связь, подсылая шпионов и ложных клиентов, мешало любой моей дополнительной работе, чтобы поставить меня на уровень физического выживания. После публикации формулы и описания нового реактора Linrec-Z (19 и 20 июня 2018 года) украинские олигархи-олигофрены в ответ начали настоящее преследование. Отключали интернет и телефонную связь, подсылали провокаторов алкоголиков по месту жительства и на улице, натравляли собак в прямом смысле, лишали возможности заработать деньги даже на еду.
Я трачу все свое время, потратил все свои последние деньги, голодую и живу в спартанских условиях, чтобы принести пользу для человечества, чтобы наконец создать источник чистой, неограниченной и дешевой энергии. И когда результат наконец получен (Linrec-Z, http://a9414495.eu5.org/linrec/engindex.php), украинские олигархи и СБУ стараются лишить меня возможности построить первый экспериментальный реактор Linrec-Z. Несколько украинских юристов, явно работающих с СБУ, прямо мне заявили : "Инвесторов и партнеров ты здесь не найдешь". СБУ обрывает все связи с потенциальными партнерами, используя в Украине свои рычаги (а Украина сейчас является тоталитарным государством с полным контролем СБУ над информацией и экономикой). За границей СБУ распространяет негативную информацию и клевету, чтобы прервать мои связи с возможными иностранными партнерами и инвесторами. Украинские олигархи-олигофрены тратят огромные деньги, чтобы помешать людям получить источник экологически чистой и дешевой энергии, каким является реактор Linrec-Z. Это действительно нелюди, враги всего человечества и всего человеческого.
Конечно, я не смогу сам построить экспериментальный реактор Linrec-Z, не смогу один осуществить этот проект. Для этого нужны усилия многих людей, и нужны вложения денег в это. В цивилизованных странах поддерживают изобретателей финансово, например в США, которое имеет специальный фонд для проверки новых идей в энергетике, или в ЕС, где ЕБРР имеет специальный фонд для поддержки патентования изобретений в области зеленой энергетики.
В Украине же олигархи-олигофрены не только не выделили ни одной копейки на изобретение Linrec-Z, но делают с СБУ все, чтобы я не смог провести краудфандинг и не мог связаться с инвесторами - отключают интернет, подсылают шпионов, угрожают болезнью. Через сеть своих агентов СБУ реально поставило меня на грань физического выживания, устроило финансовый террор, лишая сменя даже самой простой работы, когда я вынужден голодать и жить в спартанских условиях. И это все в ответ на то, что я трачу свои последние силы и последние деньги на изобретение Linrec-Z.
Конечно, для постройки экспериментального реактора Linrec-Z нужно немало денег, порядка десяти-двадцати миллионов. Проверить его работоспособность теоретически невозможно, поскольку речь идет о высокотемпературной плазме, которая непредсказуема а принципе, и результаты экспериментов с ней почти всегда не совпадают с теоретическими предсказаниями. Но сама логика и базовые законы физики, а также эксперимент, поставленный самой природой (шаровая молния), свидетельствуют о том, что Linrec-Z и есть промышленным термоядерным реактором с наивысшей эффективностью. Украинские олигархи-олигофрены, получившие свои иудины деньги за счет взяток и обманов, вместе с СБУ привыкли воровать. Они привыкли делить ресурсы, заводы, землю, при помощи кулаков, взяток и агрессивных холуев. Но вот в случае с Linrec-Z им немного не повезло. Дело в том, что интеллектуальная собственность без автора превращается в ноль - ведь именно у автора есть информация по ноу-хау, по дальнейшему развитию. Да и объявить чужое изобретение своим холуям Порошенко и Зеленского будет не просто - ведь после публикации схемы Linrec-Z никто не поверит, что термоядерный реактор с Z-образным магнитным полем изобрели холуи Порошенка-Зеленского, а не Харченко, который опубликовал эту схему 20 июня 2018 года.
Убедительная просьба ко всем здравомыслящим людям на планете Земля - остановить украинских олигархов-олигофренов, которые препятствуют человечеству получить экологически чистую неограниченную термоядерную энергию, и поддержать проект Linrec-Z финансово и информационно.
